We offer a transparent refund policy designed to be fair to both learners and our trainers.

1. Standard Refund Window

• Refund requests are allowed within the first 7 days from the start of the batch.

• Refunds will not be issued for requests made after this window unless covered under our “Get Certified or Money Back” guarantee.

2. Money Back Guarantee Terms

You may request a full refund after attempting the AWS Solution Architect Certification only if:

• • Student must attend a minimum of 90% live sessions.

  • Must complete all assigned projects/assessments with 95%.

  • Must attempt the AWS certification exam within 30 days after course completion.

  • Must provide official exam result as proof of non-clearance.

3. Non-Eligibility for Refund

• No refunds for missed classes or lack of participation.

• No refunds if course access was revoked due to violation of our T&Cs.

• No refunds due to external issues (internet problems, personal emergencies) unless approved case-by-case.

4. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
